The Standard

  • Inspect frame, wheels & parts
  • Wipe down frame & wheels
  • Torque down chain rings, crank arms & pedals
  • Secure brake levers
  • Secure shift levers
  • Align and secure brake calipers
  • Align and secure brake pads
  • Minor truing of wheels
  • Align and secure derailers
  • Set derailer limits and index
  • Lubricate derailer pivots & pulleys & chain
  • Secure all cable and or bolts
  • Secure handlebars, stem, saddle & seat post
  • Secure wheel quick releases or bolts
  • Inspect & inflate tires
  • Test ride bike for shifting and braking under rider weight

The Premiere

  • Remove pedals and chain
  • Remove crank arms, chain rings and bottom bracket
  • Remove derailers
  • Remove pulleys from rear derailer
  • Remove cassette
  • Remove brake calipers
  • Clean and inspect frame and wheels
  • Clean drive parts and brakes
  • Adjust headset and hubs
  • Lubricate, true and dish wheels
  • Align derailer hanger
  • Align and secure and lube brake levers
  • Align, secure and lube shift levers
  • Install and lubricate bottom bracket
  • Install chainrings, lube bolts and torque
  • Install crankarms, lube bolts and torque
  • Install cassette and torque lock ring
  • Install rear derailer, pulleys and label axles
  • Install and align derailers, lube pivot points
  • Install and lube pedals
  • Install and lube chain
  • Set derailer limits and index
  • Install wheels and secure wheel axle fasteners
  • Install brake calipers and align and secure brake pads
  • Secure handlebars, stem, saddle and seatpost
  • Inspect and inflate tires to proper pressure
  • Test ride for shifting and braking
  • Re-check torque settings

The Drive Chain

  • Remove crank & bottom bracket
  • Seperate chain rings from crank
  • Remove front & rear derailers from bike seperate pulleys from rear derailer
  • Remove rear wheel
  • Remove cassette from rear wheel
  • Remove chain
  • Clean all parts thoroughly
  • Re-install bottom bracket to proper torque spec
  • Re-install crank arms & chain rings to proper spec
  • Lube pivot points and pulleys of rear derailer and install to proper torque spec!
  • Install front derailer aligning both height and angle over chain rings and torque bolt
  • Re-install cleaned chain & re-lube
  • Secure cables for both front & rear derailers
  • Set derailer limits and index
  • Test ride for shifting performance under rider weight
